Product Security
At CTS, we are committed to maintaining the security and reliability of our products throughout their lifecycles. We continuously identify, assess, and address potential security risks and provide clear channels for reporting vulnerabilities and receiving security information.
CTS PSIRT
CTS’s Product Security Incident Response Team (CTS PSIRT) coordinates the assessment, investigation, remediation, and disclosure of reported security vulnerabilities affecting CTS products. The team works with internal stakeholders, customers, security researchers, and other relevant parties to validate reports, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate relevant security information.

Report a Vulnerability
If you believe you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in a CTS product, please report it to CTS PSIRT at security@ctsystem.com.
To help us investigate, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Product name (e.g., XFS-5112)
- Serial number
- Hardware revision and firmware version (e.g., hardware revision A01 and firmware version 1.00.00)
- Relevant configuration details (e.g., network topology, enabled features, and non-default settings)
- Steps required to reproduce the issue
- Supporting information, such as logs, screenshots, or packet captures, if available
- Whether active exploitation has been observed, if known
- Your contact information
After receiving a vulnerability report, CTS PSIRT will acknowledge receipt, evaluate the reported issue and its potential security impact, coordinate investigation and remediation activities with the relevant teams, and keep the reporter informed of significant developments, as appropriate.
Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure
CTS follows a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process and works with reporters to investigate and address reported vulnerabilities. We ask reporters to allow reasonable time for investigation and remediation and to coordinate with CTS before publicly disclosing technical details. CTS will keep reporters informed of significant developments, as appropriate, and coordinate the timing of public disclosure once remediation or mitigation is available, or another timeline has been agreed.
Security Advisories
CTS publishes security advisories for confirmed vulnerabilities affecting supported CTS products. Advisories may include affected products and versions, severity, impact, available updates or mitigations, and recommended customer actions.
There are currently no security advisories.
