Link Aggregation Control Protocol is an IEEE-802.3ad standard that allows you to bundle several physical ports together into one logical higher-capacity link

When you enable LACP link aggregation on a port, the port can automatically negotiate with the ports at the remote end of a link to establish trunk groups.
This solution can full-utilize the multiple lower-speed ports of the Switch.
LACP also allows port redundancy, if an operational port fails, then one of the “standby” ports become operational without user intervention
